Aquafine PBV models consist primarily of two series of units. Both series incorporate a PVC UV treatment chamber. The PVCL series is constructed so that all electrical components and instrumentation are located in the stainless steel cabinet base attached below the PVC treatment chamber.

The PRBE series has a remote electrical control cabinet rated NEMA 4x modified for fan cooling. Nine feet (2.7m) of flexible liquid-tight conduit interconnects the treatment chamber and the control cabinet. Up to 100 feet (30.5m) of conduit may be ordered as an option. The PRBE design is ideal for indoor/outdoor installation where moisture or dusty conditions are present. The PVC series is designed for saltwater applications such as aquariums, aquaculture and mariculture disinfection. 12 standard models provide disinfection flow rates ranging from 8 to 200 U.S. GPM (1.8 to 45.5m³/hr) for clear, filtered saltwater.
